  • What impact has the rise of online sources of information and contact had on discourse about LGBTQ+ identity?

  • How have educational institutions responded to advances in technology, including Artificial Intelligence, as they impact perceptions of "fact," "credibility," "authorship" and more?

is the Co-founder of Your Real Stories, Inc. as well as the annual week-long festival, Story Days in Tampa Bay. She is a former television journalist and professor at Indiana University, the UMO School of Journalism and a resident faculty member at the Poynter Institute.

LILLIAN DUNLAP

is a student of Graphic Design at St. Pete College, an intern at Cox Media and a proud Suncoast Softball Hall of Fame member. His voice is heard on the Big Gay Radio Show from midnight to 3 a.m. on WMNF 88.5 FM. Bryan’s goal is to become a full-time Graphic Designer.

BRYAN HINKSON

is Film Program Director and Associate Professor of Media and Cultural Studies at Rollins College. He specializes in documentary production and LGBTQ+ media representations. Publications include Making Sense Under a Midnight Sun: Transdisciplinary Art, Documentary Film and Cultural Exchange, Blackfish-ing for Buzz: The Rhetoric of the Real in Theme Parks and the documentary, Groaning from the Soul, which recounts Holocaust survivor Jerry Rawicki’s trip to the Nazi death camp where her mother and sister died.
